Stephen G. Horn, after graduating Mercer University in 1999, joined Morgan Stanley in their wealth management group. After three years with Morgan Stanley, Stephen joined the burgeoning sustainable land development division of Bowie Urban Planners. Stephen is focused on providing development-packaging services for private clients.
